by Vladimir Vukovic, 352pp. (1965-2006, Everyman)

One of the finest chess books ever written, now revised in algebraic edition. The author expounds both the basic principles and the most complex forms of attack on the king. The algebraic edition has been updated by John Nunn. Still one of the great classics ever written on tactics.
