Don't expect replies from their support.

I bought Chess ART 4.0 and am finding it a great tactics program. However, just about every other time I exit the program I get system errors that it was trying to write to unavailable memory locations.
I have emailed several of the memory dumps to the company asking them what is up, and I have gotten absolutely zero responses.

Excellent, will make you much stronger if you push yourself to calculate far enough to solve the problems.

If you plan on buying just one program on tactics, then this is the program to buy! This is the program that de la Maza used to gain 400 points in 12 months (see Rapid Chess Improvement). In a nutshell: superb!!

I understand what the program is suppose to be teaching but I found the program itself lacking. It's not user friendly and the manual has little substance as well. The help button offer some assitance but I find myself just wanting to give up, learning any tactics at all. No doubt you can benefit from this program but it not a joy to work with to improve your eye for tactical sight. Not recommended unless you are totally committed to improve your game.
