Chess Secrets: The Giants of Chess Strategy
Comments :
This entire series (Chess Secrets) is first rate instruction. This book may be the bst of the bunch! GM McDonald (all of his books are excellent) uses examples of positional grandmaster play to demonstrate the logic GM's apply to construct their logical plans. McDonald's lucid explanations assist greatly in the learning process. I thoroughly enjoyed this book! I have reread it already again, it being the chess book that goes with me on my treks to Wyoming. It's worth the extra weight!
