IM Andrew Martin has an engaging, easy-going presentation style that makes learning from the DVD format enjoyable. This ChessBase production covers the line 3...Qd6 and presents Black's alternatives to many of White's responses. Martin uses illustrative games to show how Black can handle the various replies s/he is likely to encounter. One can go through each section, review it as needed, and move on when ready. One suggestion I would make to improve the package would be a written summary of lines covered in the DVD for ease of reference.
